The Bi Chair by Elemento Diseño is a dual-function chair and table/shelf.

Spout is the latest product design concept from Melbourne-based industrial design consultancy Charlwood Design.
Spout is a minimalist bathroom basin design with an internal sensor-activated tap. The user placed hands in the sink to activate the water. The temperature can be adjusted with the simple dial. In the center of the dial is a button that can be pushed to activate continuous water flow for filling the sink.
Sensor-activated sinks are more hygienic and aesthetically more minimal. The basin concept can be constructed from a variety of material including ceramic or Corian. This design is a recent finalist in the Reece Bathroom innovation award. Continue reading »
Apple’s new iPhone 4 has exceeded the expectations of many, yet its 5-megapixed camera is outdated compared to some of its competitors like HTC’s Evo 4G, which has an 8-megapixel camera. A recent prototype around the net shows how a distinct character created a special tripod to attach a DSLR lens to the iPhone 4. A creation like this can certainly help a traveling photographer who is not keen to carrying equipment around or interest one who wants to enter the world of photography.

The ANDREA air filter is now available for purchase in North America through Amazon. Introduced in Europe in 2008, this cute little guy was created by designer/scientist duo Mathieu Lehanneur and David Edwards. It harnesses and maximizes the natural air purification qualities of houseplants.
